Nicole has been a Real Estate investor for over 16 years, and actively manages her rental properties in Minnesota and she passively invests in Apartments in Lousiville Kentucky.  As a Real Estate investor, she and her husband sought out many alternative lending products that offer advantages to Real Estat investors over the traditional lending products.  In 2018, Nicole founded Creative Lending out her experience as an investor and her husband Tim's 18-year experience as a lender.

Nicole only works with non-owner occupied investment loans.  She has a wide range of products that will allow for lower down payments, flexible down payment options, and may different underwriting flexibilities.
