The sellers can access the pre-approval including the information you released using the following data and link:

You will also receive an email that you can forward to them or your Realtor, you can change the information you release at anytime by issuing a new Pre-Approval Notice with the information you share. This will issue a new “PAN” but does not change any previous PANs.
If needed you can access a pdf copy of your PAN in the PAN History link on the left side. We recommend you avoid this method for two reasons. You have less control over who sees your data, and you lose the benefit of knowing when a seller views your PAN.
